How you’ll make an impact…
Your role will be to provide Xeros with the insights required for them to make evidence-based decisions. You will get to explore and analyse the different sets of data within Xero, alongside data derived from Xero’s research program.  Success in this role will  be shaped by your ability to present insights in an engaging way to a broad set of stakeholders, so that the insights inspire action. Although the role delivers business-wide research and analysis, it will have a focus supporting Product teams and delivering timely insights that enable teams to make fact based decisions.
Please note this role is a 12 month FTC

What you’ll do...

  • Work collaboratively with Xero Product teams to understand their strategy and insight requirements
  • Support the measurement and reporting on key initiatives identified to drive growth and advocacy
  • Support the Brand Vibrancy work, assimilating all relevant insights that will pave the way for a superior customer experience
  • Manage the testing of product and go to market propositions
  • Identify the ‘so what’ in analyses– ensuring each piece of work has implications and recommendations that the business can action.

What you’ll bring…

  • Graduate in any of marketing, economics, psychology, social sciences, science, commerce, statistics or accounting
  • Minimum 4 years of research and analytics experience – either agency or client side, preferably in a product related role
  • Experience with any of SQL, Q, SPSS, or Microstrategy - desirable 
  • Proven ability at evaluating and prioritising business performance and growth opportunities
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to engage a broad range of people
