Who you are:
We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Sales Enablement Training Manager who will build, implement and deliver learning programs for Geotab's Internal Sales teams. These modules will be used to onboard, train, upskill new Sales employees, existing Sales employees, and Sales leaders throughout the organization. This position will collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to develop onboarding and ongoing sales programs solutions that align with business needs and learning objectives. This position will also identify and analyze the skills, performance and knowledge gaps. What you’ll do: 
As a Sales Enablement Training Manager your key area of responsibility will be to assess Geotab's current sales activity and establish programs to strengthen sales execution. You will develop a program and road map for sales and reseller training which encompasses product training and sales skills development. You will be responsible to standardize sales methodology and processes across all Sales teams. You will also need to identify, develop and drive a unified continuous improvement of all sales methodologies and processes globally. You will need to work closely with several key stakeholders within Geotab such as Sales Operations, Learning and Development, Marketing and Marketplace teams. To be successful in this role you will be a strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong facilitation skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong project management skills with an ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through completion.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Develop a program and road map for sales and reseller training
  • Build required processes, documentation and tools to support sales training.
  • Standardize sales training methodology and processes across all sales teams.
  • Develop a consistent method and feedback mechanism to evaluate the success of programs. 
  • Process best practices support to senior leadership.
  • Identify, develop and drive a unified continuous improvement of all sales methodologies and processes globally.
  • Develop and execute on a win-loss program. 
  • Perform basic reporting and analysis of automated dashboards within sales software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • This position has no managerial responsibilities and no direct reports.

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales enablement training or a similar role working with and organizing cross-functional teams. 
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma Specialization in Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Certification in sales training methodologies is an asset. (eg. Miller Heiman, Challenger)
  • Experience working within a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry is an asset.
  • Product and/or Sales Operations experience with a technology company.
  • Experience leveraging customer success tools required (i.e., Salesforce, CRM)....
  • Experience with reporting or business analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
  • A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.
