We are a Series C-funded logistic technology company that has increased our revenue by 200% year over year, led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry.  We are seeking a results-driven Head of Global Talent Acquisition who knows how to identify and attract top talent for a dynamic and fast-paced global company. Your hard work will be integral to the growth and scaling of Loadsmart’s team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC as a strategic partner delivering hiring results. A successful leader will be strategic, results-oriented, data-driven and partner with leadership to develop and execute against hiring targets. REPORTING TO: Brad Wilkins, our newly hired Chief People Officer, LOCATION: this position can be remote anywhere in the world (or in offices in Chicago; for reference, our CPO is based in Atlanta); the expectation is this role will generally work during Central business hours as Chicago is HQ.  WHAT YOU GET TO DO...--> Drive the strategic design and execution of the company's talent acquisition initiatives --> Lead a team of global recruiters across the world; We have recruiters in the US, Latin America and Asia; likely looking to expand to Europe with our team in 2022 --> Partner with the People and Experiences team and hiring managers to launch creative recruitment and retention strategies for high-volume open positions and in anticipation of future headcount planning needs--> Develop a data-oriented recruiting organization, using analytics and industry intelligence to provide insights and decision support.
