Nexient is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person with a passion for supporting others. The ideal candidate will work closely with our head of field operations and executive leadership to provide sales operations support. Duties will consist of assisting with data analyses and reporting, sales enablement, process development/improvement, and providing operational support.

Reponsibilities

  • Extract & interpret sales and account-related data in order to drive the field team to better data-driven decisions
  • Provide operational support for integration with Nexient’s acquiring entity, NTT-DS 
  • Help to shape and build out the sales operations & enablement function by defining, institutionalizing, scaling, and continually improving sales operations processes  
  • Additional duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • 2.5 years prior data analysis and business-to-business sales experience
  • Prior experience staffing in a consulting/services firm preferred 
  • Strong self-starter with a great eye for details 
  • Ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences, including strong positioning skills and positioning information with limited direction
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical ability
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills 
  • An impressive ability to juggle a lot at once and still meet deadlines. 
  • Highly experienced working with Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
