  • Consult with a localisation specialist regarding international localisation and local specifics;
  • Prepare glossaries and clear briefs for the translators;
  • Consult with Content team and Product Managers about potential cultural taboos and no-gos, and create specific guidelines for specific product regions as data is gathered;
  • Escalate and prevent crisis situations, such as major delays or legal issues;
  • Determine deliverables and delivery dates;
  • Create and manage processes to localise a certain feature from start to finish;
  • Produce localised content that engages and triggers sales for Web onboarding, and customer retention for the in-app features;
  • Stay ahead of localisation trends, to apply the latest software and technology solutions to oversee, track, review, and finalise the localised content.

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in localisation projects for a mobile app/Saas platform, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of localisation management tools and processes
  • Effectively communicate with partners and vendors, and have the ability to adapt localisation projects based on feedback
