The Role
As a Practice Manager, you will be leading a team of Product Advisory consultants and interfacing with customers post-implementation. These team partners with our customers post-implementation to provide hands-on configuration support as well as details on feature releases and product roadmap.  The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to encourage customer success and employee success. You will facilitate our Product Advisory team in refining and following best practices, contracting for services renewals, and helping current team members to advance in their positions. You will demonstrate your ability to work in a global and cross-functional team environment with customers and other Professional Services leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the team with a focus on long-term employee success
  • Measure team and individual goals, metrics, and performance standards to ensure product knowledge, focus, execution, and accountability
  • Lead the renewal of contracts with existing customers
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Product Advisory team, helping the team to prioritize as needed
  • Assist the team where required by actively working on customer issues and participating in customer calls
  • Collaborate with other Professional Services leaders in Consumer Products & Chemical team
  • Create and maintain a strong internal network across Sales, Product, and Services
  • Develop a trusted advisor and partner relationship with customers
  • Act as the escalation point for customer issues and be accountable for customer success


  • Minimum 5 years of experience, leading in a senior capacity and/or managing a team
  • Customer service or consulting experience in the software industry
  • Proven ability to manage diverse customers or stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with the software industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud solution deployment
  • Quality, regulatory, product claims, and/or content management experience
