About the roleWe’re looking for a leader who can empathize with our prospective clients trying to make sense of complex financial services and advice. Someone who will be passionate about bringing the best tools to everyone, regardless of their financial status or education.
In this role, you’ll create a roadmap for multiple products, rally a team around ambitious growth KPIs and objectives, and articulate an ambitious vision to the rest of the company. You’ll estimate the potential impact of growth initiatives and prioritize ruthlessly. You’ll think creatively, trying to pioneer new strategies beyond just ads or what other companies are doing. And finally, you’ll invest in your team and create an environment where each team member can thrive and evolve autonomously. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop a high performing, driven team of marketers
  • Oversee the management and optimization of all online campaigns across channels like Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit & more!
  • Partner with our Creative Director to develop a creative production strategy
  • Create growth KPI dashboards with the Growth Data team to monitor budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics
  • Communicate performance and opportunities throughout the organization with frequent analysis and key metrics using both internal tracking systems and publisher platforms
  • Pair with our Data Science team to continually improve the ways we think about marketing attribution, segmentation, experimentation and marketing strategies
  • Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions
  • Evaluate and advise on the use of new technologies, benchmarking trends and competitor data to stay at the forefront of of digital marketing

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience in paid acquisition, managing 7-figure monthly budgets and leading a team of marketers
  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills with strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (SQL knowledge is an asset!)
  • The ability to execute quickly to allow for continual iteration is a core strength of our team
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-changing, fast-moving, scrappy scaling environment
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
  • An interest and/or experience in the fintech industry
