The eDiscovery market is an $80 Billion industry and Logikcull is at the epicenter of empowering teams to manage their digital footprint, so we are going to be hiring fast and furious to capture this white-hot market. Are you a born leader who can inspire and motivate a team of sales professionals? As a Sales Manager reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching a team of sales professionals. In this role, you will have an opportunity to make a huge impact by focusing on key industry verticals and increasing our sales velocity and overall success. Your leadership, passion for sales, and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally will help to continue to grow our business.

What you’ll do:

  • Recruit, retain, and develop experienced AEs with high potential and strong performance history.
  • Coach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline and opportunity management, and career planning/development.
  • Execute training and onboarding of new hires, and continue to position yourself as a resource to the great organization through leadership and leading by example.
  • Work cross-functionally across the go-to-market organization to develop a better sales strategy, which will ultimately show increased win rates.
  • Enable and develop your team to proactively prospect, qualify, and build a sales pipeline.
  • Coach the team to close business and navigate complex negotiations and organizations, through a “land-and-expand” sales motion.
  • Repeatably hit (and surpass) sales goals.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance for your team.
  • Serve as a strong leader to your sales team through strong communication, coaching, individual development, and goal setting.

What we’re looking for (you!):

  • 4+ years experience recruiting and managing a highly successful and talented direct B2B SaaS sales team while driving them towards success
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Experience with land-and-expand sales motions, selling sub $100k deals with 90 day (or less) sales cycles.
  • Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities
  • Able to Increase win-rates across your team and achieve 70%+ team quota attainment
  • Comfortable collaborating and negotiating with procurement, legal, and infosec.
