Customer Operations 
Tessian’s Onboarding Project Managers play an essential role in driving the adoption of Tessian solutions at our Enterprise customers. As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will work closely with commercial and extended teams to build long-term business relationships and align with customers’ outcomes within assigned accounts. 
You'll be a critical problem-solver with previous experience in a client facing role and can work collaboratively internally (with both commercial and technical teams) and externally (from senior stakeholders to IT professionals). You’ll be high energy, organized and have amazing communication skills. You'll have a strong aptitude and experience in working in B2B SaaS technology, with a strong desire to further your craft.
You will be responsible for managing complex projects end to end, owning the relationship with customers during the onboarding period. You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery (and adoption) of complex new product functionality to our customers.You will own these projects end to end, defining all stages of the project lifecycle, highlighting all risks and mitigation as well as identifying issues, escalating where required and resolving issues throughout the project process.

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • An enthusiastic self-starter, comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.
  • You’ll have a track record of successful deliveries end to end, with strong customer facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have been in the high-tech industry for 4 years in a Pre-sales or customer-facing consulting capacity or have other relevant technical experience that demonstrates your relationship building skills and ability to present material to audiences with varying levels of technical capability.
  • Industry knowledge of working in software or IT change roll outs across multiple industries.
  • You have experience scoping and delivering Agile technology projects, ideally with some certified project management skills such as Prince 2, Agile Scrum or Oracle trained.
  • You will be experienced with developing project schedules, metrics and communication channels; using both written & verbal channels to report risks, opportunities and progress.
  • You appreciate the technical trade offs when building software and can empathize with engineers, customers and partners alike
