Role Title: Home move sales advisor 12 months FTCSalary: £22,000Hours: 40 per week, 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday Location: Remote

About the role This role works in our Homemoves call centre. The team receives inbound calls and emails from existing UW customers that want to transfer or close an account for their new home as well as potential new customers that are moving into a home currently supplied by UW. You will also upsell our other products to these customers so should be comfortable selling.
Responsibilities  You'll be empowered to provide customers with support, advice and the peace of mind that their request is managed from beginning to end. - Process requests received via the phone, app, email or post
The fine printWe will supply the equipment needed for you to do the role but you will still need a strong internet connection. Our minimum requirement for internet speed is 10Mbps Download and 4Mpbs Upload.A dedicated, quiet work space with a work station, plenty of natural light, access to fresh air and no distractions. This cannot be a communal or space that is shared by other household members

  • Work towards KPIs such as average call handling time, customer satisfaction and first call resolution
  • Reconcile and finalise customer accounts
  • Validate information before processing Homemoves
  • Upsell additional products
  • Amend incorrect details on customer accounts- Log and respond to customer’s complaint within SLA’s
  • Promote business lead initiatives
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standards
  • Promote Utility warehouse in a goodlight 
  • Understanding and promoting Utility warehouses products - coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments- Identifying customers needs and matching this with our vast range of services
