This Customer Service team is looking to add some stellar mods to our team and we’d love for you to be a part of it!
This customer is all about taking memories and turning them into tangible objects that customers are sure to value for a lifetime. If you have a passion for photography, scrapbooking, art design, or any other visual media you’re sure to love working with the tools available to our mods every day!
On this project, your role will be to assist customers via phone, chat, and/or email, depending on project need at the time. Some common questions asked are about previous orders, billing issues, and how-to inquiries about the program.
Project Hours: Monday - Sunday from 7 am - 5 pm PT
Commitment:15 hours per week90 days, as needed

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 15 hours weekly availability and ready to start ASAP!
  • Customer service and technical support background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and are comfortable with helping customers in a live environment
  • A quiet environment suitable for taking live calls from customers via Zendesk Voice

Workspace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset 
  • Quiet workspace to take calls 
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
