We are looking for a bright, experienced, and motivated Senior Manager of Outbound Sales to join our quickly growing sales team. This role will be responsible for managing the outbound sales team and ensuring we meet our goals. A major component of this job will be coaching your team members to hone their outbound sales skills. This position reports directly into our Vice President of Sales and will be fully remote. Responsibilities

  • Leading the outbound sales team to crushing their numbers
  • Weekly reporting with the sales team on how the outbound team is doing, including pipeline analysis and setting weekly goals
  • Regular coaching with direct reports
  • Sitting in on all AE sales calls to provide expertise and coaching

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of outbound sales experience 
  • At least 2 years as in a sales team management or team lead role
  • Must have tech, SaaS experience
  • Ability to think strategically and execute on abstract ideas
  • Willingness to adapt and help out where needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Complete proficiency in Salesforce
  • Proficient in a sales enablement tool (Outreach or SalesLoft)
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic

Pluses

  • Previous experience selling into healthcare
  • Know what the acronym HIPAA stands for
  • Have met all of the above qualifications in a similar startup environment
