As the Director of Sales Engineering, Key Accounts, Americas for UiPath you will be responsible for partnering with Sales leadership to drive growth in our Key Accounts segment. The Key Accounts Program (KAP) focuses on our most strategic customers to drive maximum business across all components of the UiPath platform.  The program’s goal is to make UiPath the platform of choice for helping large, complex customers achieve their enterprise-wide automation outcomes. This high-impact role is critical to UiPath’s continued growth. We are seeking an exceptional technical pre-sales leader looking to build, lead, and grow a high performing, seasoned Sales Engineering team.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, hire, and mentor a world class, seasoned Sales Engineering team
  • Co-own, define and drive strategy and execution for the Key Accounts segment in the Americas
  • Drive revenue growth through a combination of planning, enabling the team, and owning relationships with customers’ senior technical leaders
  • Conduct and coach detailed discovery at all levels to internalize customers’ digital transformation strategies
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Services, Value Engineering, and other cross functional partners to think big and shape the go-to-market strategy for large customers

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role (sales engineering, solutions architecture, partner engineering, solutions consulting, etc.)
  • 5+ years people management experience
  • A track record of building and leading world-class technical presales teams ideally in enterprise SaaS/software platforms, line of business applications, or developer tools
  • Commitment to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration in a scaling environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business proficiency
  • Willing and able to travel 50% (post COVID-19)
