Percona is growing at the speed of light, and we are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Success Enablement Coordinator to join the Revenue Operations Strategy and Enablement team to help our organization manage change and scale with this incredible growth.
The Sales and Customer Success Enablement Coordinator requires a thorough understanding of the business-to-business sales cycle and customer lifecycle, plus an ability to use that knowledge to increase the Sales and CS’s efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. You will own the execution for the enablement programs in your assigned geography and sales segments.
Location/Time zone: Worldwide but requires the ability to work during Eastern Time Zone a minimum of 5 hours per work day.

What You Will Do

  • Help develop and deliver Sales Rep and CSM enablement programs to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to sell effectively
  • Design and optimize programs like new hire onboarding and system/tool training and certification programs to improve business performance
  • Regularly spend time with Sales and CS to understand the “field reality” and build enablement deliverables to meet their needs
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to develop internal resources, enablement sessions, and customer-facing materials for all product, content, and service releases
  • Be the advocate and driver of Sales focused experiential, behavior changing, and performance driving enablement programs
  • Develop and communicate an ongoing enablement calendar, coordinating with other cross-functional teams
  • Create and deliver engaging content virtually and in-person at our global offices
  • Utilize a variety of methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand where we have growth opportunities that will drive business results, and measure ROI of enablement programs in addition to the impact on key business metrics

Your Experience

  • Minimum BS/BA in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience within the software, technology, or XaaS industries
  • Relevant experience in a Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Sales Training or Sales Operations role
  • Demonstrated experience establishing a sales enablement program in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Strong domain knowledge and experience creating and/or implementing customer centric, value-based sales process and approaches
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
  • Experience with facilitation and content delivery
  • Experience creating enablement content including presentations, decks, and videos
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with these platforms or equivalent: Zoominfo, Aircall, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Preferred experience with Tech Target, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), HubSpot, ServiceNow
