The Recruiter role requires a creative, go-getter, and methodical approach to talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience programs and systems. The ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage and enrich the candidate experience within a fast-paced startup environment. This Recruiter will manage the full recruiting cycle for his or her assigned open positions.
The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and positivity to every open position and be able to operate both autonomously and in collaboration with everyone from new hires to hiring managers to executive team members. In collaboration with the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this Recruiter will drive Sentieo’s  talent acquisition strategies and show passion and dedication for partnering with our leaders to grow our business. 
This role will report to our VP of Global Human Capital.


  • Create and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Collaborate with the VP of Global Human Capital to onboard new employees in order for them to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work


  • 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
  • Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Hunter mentality in a high demand environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Preferred: Experience with Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Preferred: Experience or interest in fintech/financial services/capital market research tools
  • BS from an accredited four-year university
