About our Team8x8s Global Customer Care Organization works to ensure that 8x8’s customers achieve their goals and have an excellent experience with the implementation, usage, and support of our UCaaS/ XCaaS solutions and tools. Our Global Practices and Tools team provides our Global Customer Care Organization with the systems, processes, tools, and support that they need to effectively address the needs of our customers and achieve our financial goals. The ideal candidate has a comprehensive knowledge of a Global Services function, and a history of consistently delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.

Let's take a look at your day from a high level:

  • You will partner across the Global Customer Care teams and use analytically driven insights to help make strategic business decisions that will deliver strong adoption and financial results.
  • Develop reports and conduct analysis on business metrics
  • Identify improvement opportunities in tools, processes, and policies and work with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement and drive adoption of those changes.
  • You will create dashboards, reports, and tools that provide visibility into KPIs, adoption/ speed of delivery effectiveness, and business trends/drivers.                 
  •  You will follow up with internal customers as needed to ensure their business needs are being addressed. 

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Business, Math, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant business experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
  • 1-3 years of experience at a SaaS company that focuses on metrics that measure the success of the business.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau, and Salesforce. Gainsight and SQL experience are a plus.
  • Exceptional problem solver with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholder departments.
  • Able to engage and work efficiently with both executive management and front-line employees.
  • Enjoy working independently as well as within a team environment.
