Duties/Responsibilities:-Enhance 8x8 employee experience by proactively supporting HR Business Partners in complex worker needs or issues for Global Sales, Marketing, GCC and other organizations-Support managers and HRBPs with processing job changes, specifically reorganizations, bulk requests and other transactions-Organize and lead weekly global HRBP team meetings and other meetings, as neededProvide back-up to HRBP when out of the office/holiday-Support global HRBP team in regard to employee exit interviews as needed-Support global HRBP team in bi-annual promotion, equity and salary planning to include promotion tracking-Support and manage company-wide HR programs such as MBO’s, Performance FeedbackSupport and/or drive job family work as needed-Updates, monitors and maintains eligible salary adjustments/increases based on six-month and one-year evaluations.-Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs (PTW)-Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; productivity
Own and manage the following programs:-First 90 day program - meet with new joiners to ensure proper onboarding, identify opportunities for improvement-Work from home exceptions-Relocation requests - manage requests with the managers -Pulse survey - distribute daily reports to leadership teams to track progress and participation-Performs other duties as assigned, such as running ad-hoc reports-Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to build strong collaborative relationships to deliver Service excellence to the Business-Partner with HR Operations, HR team and Legal team to modify, create or partner on HR policies, policy creation and procedures to ensure compliance and/or support process changes. -Support and coordinate employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement plans and settlement8x8 is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
