We are Loadsmart and we are in search of a new Accounts Payable Representative to help us optimize top talent at our growing company (we grew from 150 to 450 in the last 18 months) with a recent Series C of $90M. We are seeking an innovative, agile, data-oriented Accounts Payable who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company.
Assist Loadsmart’s Accounts Payable team with addressing Carrier payment inquiries via phone or email, ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner, providing account reviews and reconciliation where necessary, and providing exceptional customer service.  Your role at Loadsmart is paramount in carrier retention, providing the backbone of our company with a top notch experience that ensures their continued engagement with Loadsmart.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO...

  • You will be involved with carrier payments
  • Reviewing documents and bills from vendors and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage fast-paced, high volume customer emails
  • Understand and diagnose what the billing problem is, and how to fix it
  • Review submitted documentation accuracy, ensuring  compliance with payable policy
  • Provide detailed review of vendor’s aging report
  • Follow up with payment inquiries and discrepancies between our system and vendor
  • Being a point of contact to reach out to the vendor and resolve problems
  • Working with team members collaboratively to get information to solve problems
  • Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for tasks and complete them timely
  • Experience providing great customer service in a high paced call and email environment
  • Have experience with exception processing
  • Work with carrier sales to ensure vendor and load accuracy

YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE…

  • Fluent in English - verbal and written3-5 years of experience in a high volume fast paced accounts payable billing department
  • General finance or accounting background
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Great Customer service skills
  • Strong business judgment and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or other accounting based platforms
  • Microsoft Office (Primarily Excel)Google Workspace
