ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. The Sales Manager will be guiding, mentoring, and building a team of Account Executives while providing thoughtful management tactics and accountability to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be reporting directly to our VP of Sales and will be involved with making hiring decisions for the team. What you will be working on:

  • You will be supporting individual Account Executives with weekly one-on-ones to provide personalized coaching and pipeline evaluation.
  • You will be building a training program for our Account Executives that allow them to be set up for success to exceed company goals and metrics.
  • You will be improving the ReviewTrackers sales process to grow-win rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase our ACV.
  • You will be applying metrics-based coaching using clear KPIs so there is clear communication and expectations on what is expected of the team.
  • You will be getting your hands a little dirty when it comes to pushing those deals to the finish line.

Who you will be working with:

  • You will be reporting directly to the VP of Sales and will be working with the other Sales Managers to build a training program for all Account Executives.
  • You will be working cross-functionally with the Recruitment team on hiring best practices and growing your team.
  • You will be supported by a team of Sales Managers, Account Executives, Inbound Representatives, Sales Development Representatives, and a company that wants to help you grow in your career and your role!

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
  • Expert experience in an individual sales contributor role and managing sales cycles of various lengths.
  • Expert experience in a management position.
  • SaaS experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience selling to senior members in a marketing department.
  • The creativity to understand sales analytics and operations and how to improve on them moving forward.
  • Prior experience growing a team is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Mentorship skills that help develop and nurture a motivated sales team for success.
  • A supportive personality to help foster a growing team with a range of years of experience.
