Proof is looking for a motivated Human Resources-focused individual to join our global team of 200+ professionals to support our growing distributed services business.
The Human Resources Coordinator is tasked with supporting our HR and Operations team through managing our Proof team member lifecycle. The individual in this role will have their hands in all HR systems and processes and will work closely with the Proof team on all aspects of the team member experience. The right candidate will be extremely detail orientated, able to multitask and prioritize, and can pick up new tools and systems quickly. The candidate will also understand how to handle highly confidential information and have a background in or a keen interest in Human Resources.This is primarily a remote position, but it is expected that you are able to commute to Woodland Hills, California, to assist in office administration tasks in support of the HR/Operations team on an as needed basis.


  • Manage all aspects of team member onboarding and offboarding, including: ensuring all documents are completed and stored, setting up and training on internal systems, updating all HR/people platforms, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate and track Proof team equipment needs and inventory
  • Work closely with Account Managers to understand and support staffing for client groups
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the Proof and HR team to plan for future growth and increased structure
  • Keep Proof’s payroll and benefits systems updated and complete I9 forms for employees
  • Manage both internal and client related systems and platforms
  • Review and build internal informational guides to be used for team reference
  • Own projects that improve HR team efficiency and support


  • This position requires extreme attention to detail and the ability to effectively work between multiple tools and systems at once
  • 1+ year of Human Resources experience
  • 2+ years past administrative experience 
  • Experience in supporting an hourly workforce including time tracking, payroll and benefits 
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential matters, including protecting the security of information, data and files
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written and excellent listening skills are essential 
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with a sense of urgency in a remote environment
  • High level of integrity and a strong commitment to compliance and consistency
  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products 
  • Ability to work on Pacific time zone (9am-5pm PST)
  • Working toward or an interest in SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification is preferred
