Are you a strategic thinker and do-er who likes to build businesses? Do you like building and growing relationships with top consultancies/agencies, systems integrators, and prospective technology partners? Are you passionate about the marketing technology sector and the rapidly growing customer data platform (CDP) space? Treasure Data is looking for a Partner Business Executive to join its rapidly growing global partnerships team in the US West. This person will be responsible for driving and supporting a variety of key partner initiatives with consultancies, agencies and systems integrators to drive awareness, relevance and revenue of our core CDP product within the West region.  
Why this role matters:  As Treasure Data enters a phase of accelerating growth, partners play a significant role in our strategy and you have the opportunity to take a leadership role in developing the partner ecosystem and support the increasing volume of opportunities we have in the region. This role will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, helping drive customer and partner success by making sure that Treasure Data continues to grow and sustain its market leading position through the strength of our ecosystem.  At a business level, working in conjunction with your partner counterparts, you will help partners differentiate the benefits of an Enterprise Customer Data Platform as companies look to take advantage of their proprietary first party data. You will build, nurture and develop trust to drive leads/revenue from agencies, consulting firms, and technology partners of all shapes and sizes.

What you'll do

  • Working with regional director to execute the go-to-market strategy for partner-driven business within the US West region.
  • Grow and nurture our vibrant partner ecosystem, interfacing with the consulting, agency and new technology partners on a daily basis on their digital marketing related initiatives. 
  • Interfacing with key partners to build and manage a vibrant partner ecosystem of mar-tech and data enthusiasts
  • Use your business skills to build a mutual deal/lead sharing relationship with our partner ecosystem and collaborate with Treasure Data Product, Marketing and Sales teams to generate leads and revenue.
  • Help define Treasure Data’s strategy to nurture and grow our partner ecosystem in the region. 
  • Collaborating with global counterparts to deliver best in class support to regional partners. 

About you

  • A curious and motivated self-starter, someone who enjoys rolling up his/her sleeves to learn new things and get things done.
  • An experienced professional in marketing technology/data analytics and ideally management consulting.
  • A team-player who enjoys working closely with product, sales engineering, and marketing across different geographies
  • An empathetic and convincing storyteller, someone who can explain complex technical concepts to any audience.
  • Someone who enjoys a balance of nimbleness and structure found at a dynamic corporate start-up
