Your MissionThe sales enablement analyst will manage the reporting and business analysis of our sales enablement programs. Leveraging our own technology, the SE Analyst will prepare reports and insights for all key enablement programs. This person will prepare a global scorecard comparing geo execution against our key programs and help offer insights into how we improve compliance. This person will analyze this data against sales performance data to help identify recommendations and best practices. The ideal  candidate should be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. They should be committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions to improving the effectiveness of our enablement programs.

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

  • Manage the ongoing reporting across all key enablement programs
  • Prepare enablement scorecard for global and geo leadership team
  • Analyze performance data against program completion data (LMS )and Sales enablement platform (highspot) to help drive business decisions
  • Analyze new hire ramp data against new hire onboarding program completions to help identify areas of improvement
  • Partner with learning team and geo stakeholders to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of ongoing status reports
  • Leverage/showcase UiPath automation technologies as part of ongoing responsibilities 

This is what you'll bring to our team:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Practical experience generating business reports
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
  • Extensive experience with data visualization
