The IT & Security team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage key projects within the organization. In this role you will coordinate with stakeholders, engineers, and lines of business teams and own processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. 
This is a 100% remote position and can be located anywhere in the US.


  • Assume responsibility for complex projects, assist in developing processes, identifying areas for automation, managing project definitions, achievements, milestones, schedules, and project status for new and ongoing improvements to IT & Security operations. 
  • Manage a portfolio of complex IT & Security projects and initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business; this includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders which will include predominantly internal customers, but may also include external customers. 
  • Ensure that IT & Security requirements are considered during the design phase of new initiatives. 
  • Provide on-site leadership for IT & Security teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities, and project milestones. 
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and deliver presentations to leadership and project stakeholders. 
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. 
  • Participate in establishing project management practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these project management capabilities for the organization. 
  • Manage project forecasting of allocated resources and overall budget. 


  • 10+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects. 
  • 6+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional environment. 
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs. 
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross functional environment. 
  • Functional familiarity with Agile SCRUM or Kanban development. 
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, able to balance multiple projects and tasks, complete them successfully, and within timelines. 
  • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and project management required processes and techniques. 

Nice to have

  • Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP) 
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification 
  • Experience implementing and controlling change management 
  • Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence 
  • Communications experience 
  • Experience in high tech, software development, and startups
