The Role
The Project Manager, within the IT Organization at Medallia, will be responsible for the planning and execution of critical Go-To-Market initiatives. You will partner closely with business and IT teams to deliver impactful initiatives leveraging existing SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Marketo, Anaplan, etc. You will report to the SVP, IT Business Applications and be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team tasked with increasing efficiency enabling our go-to-market teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects across various business functions and teams.
  • Collaborate and work with business teams, systems analysts, solution architects and developers to transform business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Follow established Project Management methodologies and processes.
  • Establish project review governance with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate frequently with key stakeholders and provide project updates.
  • Collaborate with System Integrators (SI) / Vendors to create Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Create detailed project plans, mitigate risk and influence faster decision making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project / Program management experience.
  • Experience with managing SaaS projects for Go-To-Market business functions.
  • Experience working with SaaS applications. E.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Anaplan, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with managing global software implementations / deployments.
  • Experience working with various SDLC methodologies. E.g. Waterfall and Agile.
  • Experience working in a fast growth / changing environment.
  • Experience working with System Integrators (SI) / Vendors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects / teams and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
