As Senior Manager of People & Culture: Operations, you are responsible for supporting League’s HR strategy through the development, implementation and managing the ongoing Operations of all HR processes, programs and policies. This includes systems and employee data as well as all total rewards programs. You are also responsible for driving change and education within the organization through thoughtful data-driven insights. 

In this role, you will:

  • Work with the Director of People & Culture Operations to set the overall people strategy to align with long-term business objectives, including organizational strategy and design.
  • Develop and/or oversee programs and processes for the entire employee journey, including onboarding, learning & development, coaching, performance management, career pathing, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Develop and manage Employee Handbook and HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Leverage and analyze people-related data to drive insights and inform better decision making.
  • Provide direction on total rewards systems strategy and execution including connectivity with other organization-wide systems which leverage HRIS data.
  • Develop and maintain key metrics to measure employee and team engagement & performance.
  • Oversee internal employee health, benefits, pension & wellbeing programs.

About you:

  • 3+ years HR experience in a systems and/or analytical capacity
  • Proven analytical skills and experience working with employee data
  • Experience administering group benefits and retirement programs
  • Experience managing HRIS day-to-day activities and ongoing data integrity practices (experience with HRIS implementations a plus)
  • A critical thinker with an ability to deliver on tactical and operational projects
  • Proven change management experience
  • A proven ability to interface, and maintain effective relationships with teams and employees across multiple levels of the organization
  • An ability to maneuver in an evolving environment and adjust to changing priorities
  • Team oriented and resilient
  • HR certifications a plus
