Nexient is looking for a friendly, highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about processes, procedures, and people. This person must also be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle a high volume of candidates. This person will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews on a daily basis in addition to providing candidates with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers
  • Assist with coordinating interviewer trainings
  • Manage communications to and from candidates, interviewers, and talent acquisition specialists
  • Prioritize scheduling requests in accordance with most urgent hiring needs
  • Open and manage job postings and requisitions
  • Assist with documentation of talent acquisition processes
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stellar attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing hiring requirements
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources
