The Corporate IT Team is looking for a Senior IT End User Technologist – IT Integrations Team.
As an IT End User Technologies on the IT integrations team, you will have an important role in M&A onboarding through to complete integration and consolidation of systems. Your passion for ensuring a best-in-class employee experience while solving complex IT support issues in a fast-paced environment will make you successful in this role while providing exposure to a wide range of different technologies.

What you'll do:

  • Keep Everbridge IT assets safe, and the business running securely.
  • Provision system accounts and computer equipment for new teams of staff.
  • Provide and assist with development of training on internal IT technology for both small and large audiences.
  • Track issues in ticketing system through to completion.
  • Document support workflows and assist with migrating them to new ticketing systems.
  • Be a technical liaison between IT, business teams, and internal staff.
  • Own inventory, documentation, and ensure security controls are in place for all incoming employee endpoint systems.
  • Create and maintain new employee orientation presentations related to IT systems for day 1 activities.
  • Help train and mentor other IT members.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Work with third-party vendors and support providers as needed.
  • Participate in other global IT initiatives as opportunities become available.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years supporting Mac and Windows desktop environments in a role like IT Support or Desktop Support Technician.
  • Experience administrating and troubleshooting accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of IT fundamentals such as network protocols, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
  • Great organization and presentation skills.
  • High attention to accuracy of data and processes.
  • Ability to travel both locally and internationally when necessary.
  • Ability to work evening and weekends as required for migration projects.
  • Experience in managing Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian applications is a plus.
