Olo is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us grow our business organization across the country. As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be instrumental in supporting Olo's rapid scale and partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and how they fit into the organization as a whole. You will manage the entire recruiting process from role development to sourcing to closing and ensure a high-quality experience for all candidates. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote the Olo brand in the appropriate professional communities, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best candidates. You will bring a wealth of knowledge to the team to help inform recruiting best practices, candidate management and help provide mentorship to other team members.
You will report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo's headquarters in NYC on the 82nd floor of One World Trade Center.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end talent searches from first candidate contact through offer stage, including research, understanding the talent landscape, communicating status to all partners along the way, negotiations, and providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically.
  • Mentor and manage junior-level recruiting members as our team continues to grow in the future.
  • Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition team to build an efficient and scalable recruiting process
  • Coordinate with hiring and team leads to forecast and facilitate hiring needs.
  • Source potential candidates on well-known (LinkedIn) and niche platforms.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to evaluate skills and qualifications.
  • Actively strive to increase diversity in hiring through networking and building relationships with diverse organizations in tech.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to team members and key stakeholders.

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or other relevant subject matter.
  • 6 + years of experience with full-cycle recruiting for roles across corporate & business functions.
  • At least 1+ years in-house experience at a tech company.
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting metrics, conversions, and a constant desire to improve how we operate.
  • Experience sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates.
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for business roles.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • An analytical and data-driven approach to recruiting.
