About Your Role: 
We’re currently looking for an Inbound Talent Specialist to support and grow Sendoso. This is a crucial role for filtering, triaging, screening, and engaging talent in the job market. You’d mainly support Marketing, Sales, Success, Support, Operations, and other corporate functions. 
This Inbound Talent Specialist will collaborate with internal recruiters and hiring managers to ensure clarity and “what good looks like”. You’ll be responsible for helping define and adhering to SLAs to ensure a top quality candidate experience. You’d shortlist candidates that may not be a fit “now” but will likely be a fit in the future. This Inbound Talent Specialist will build the functional knowledge and learn the profiles within their supported teams in order to help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities.

Your Typical Day:

  • Ensure all candidates have a world class interview experience from start to finish
  • Manage job requisitions by responding to and qualifying Employee Referrals and Active Candidates for Salesforce’s open opportunities 
  • Execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • You will find creative and unique ways to source passive candidates
  • You review applicants and help keep an organized ATS and pipeline


  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience (coordination, sourcing, or recruiting)
  • Proven track record sourcing and engaging with inbound talent
  • Ability to call and build relationships by phone with interested candidates
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools (Lever preferred)
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment and has proven experience with multitasking while successfully meeting deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication with hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
