People Team at Tessian
At Tessian, we believe our people are our single most important asset, so we're looking for an amazing Talent Coordinator to help us shape experiences for our future Tessians, from our first point of contact to when they’re fully in seat. 
We are a growing team, and have ambitious goals to implement as much as we can, at pace, to support the people of Tessian. We have exciting employee headcount growth targets for the next year, so this role is pivotal to ensuring our candidate experience is not only maintained, but improved along the way. 
You'll work closely with the other members of our People team to make Tessian the best possible place to develop a career, striving to ensure our talent processes are streamlined and run effectively. You’ll build relationships at all levels of the business by acting as the go-to and first point contact on all onboarding related processes.
You’ll help us to create a great place to work, for every single Tessian.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll get to:

  • Be the owner for all of our onboarding processes across the globe, from our first point of contact with new joiners as soon as they sign their offers to when they’re fully in seat
  • Find creative ways to make our onboarding experience for new joiners delightful at every point
  • Be a passionate advocate for new joiners across the company and maintain relationships with all teams involved in onboarding 
  • Spot areas we can improve our onboarding process and work on implementations & rollouts 
  • Build onboarding automation wherever possible
  • Work closely with the rest of the People team to make Tessian an amazing place to work
  • Support hiring manager and people partners throughout the hiring & onboarding process

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • Has around 6 months of operational / coordination experience (whether as a full time role, or for School or University projects)
  • Thrives in fast paced and ever changing environments
  • Is passionate about driving employee engagement and happiness, and sees people ops as the best possible career path to make this happen
  • Is highly organised, able to follow-up and prioritise whilst managing multiple work-streams
  • Recognises that the devil is in the detail, and has tactics to maintain quality
  • Believes the job is never finished, and proactively thinks about ways to iterate and improve processes
  • Is a great independent worker and creative problem-solver, who can also thrive as a team player, working selflessly alongside the rest of the People Team
