This is a key role working on projects and strategies within our Talent Acquisition team supporting all hiring activity within the region. As the coordinator for the region you will become central to all activity across the team developing close connections with candidates, your immediate team and the wider Bazaarvoice team. Talent Acquisition excellence is core to what we do and this applies not only in the Talent Acquisition team but across the whole of Bazaarvoice. In time you will learn a wider variety of skills that will mean the list of responsibilities below will grow as you evolve in the role. With that evolution and success other doors will open up for in the future at Bazaarvoice be it in the Talent Acquisition team or elsewhere. 

What’s involved;

  • Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners in the region (x4 today) to coordinate all recruiting activity to help create an outstanding candidate experience, hiring the right people for Bazaarvoice and running a fair process.
  • Scheduling calls, onsite interviews and presentations and other candidate interactions as required. 
  • Creating an outstanding candidate experience means you will work closely with each candidate ensuring they have everything they need ahead of their interviews and ensuring internally that the team meeting the candidate has everything in place to deliver that outstanding experience. 
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Operations function by helping to collate data for reporting and administration of hiring manager and candidate satisfaction surveys. 
  • Partnering with marketing and the wider people function to create compelling and engaging content for social channels.
  • Helping with hiring events and employee brand awareness initiatives. 
  • Any other additional support needed by the team.


  • Experience of the work in customer service, planning & organizing gained within either education or in employment. 
  • Passionate about the role of culture and talent engagement in a successful business. 
  • Confident in engaging with other employees and candidates in person 1:1 and in group settings. 
  • A genuine interest and desire to work in the space that Bazaarvoice sits: marketing technology/ software.   
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Outlook, g-Suite and Word/Excel. 
  • Tech savvy in the office environment – e.g. collaboration tools. 
  • High levels of competency in a very fast moving environment, particularly around managing priorities, communicating clearly and concisely and working towards goals.
  • Business fluency in English. 
  • Eligibility and authorization to work in the US without limitations or restrictions.

Nice to have;

  • Experience of people / HR systems (ATS, Workday, survey tools etc.) 
  • Marketing and/ or e-commerce program management experience.
