Curology is seeking a Compensation Analyst (Contract Role) to support our quickly-growing team. This role will partner with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture Business Partners, People Ops and Curology leaders to provide analysis around compensation-related questions, help implement a newly-developed system of compensation bands and job architecture, and maintain company compensation programs.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct job analysis, evaluation and as-needed market research to determine appropriate salary grades, ranges, and pricing based on internal and external equity.
  • Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams on proposals for new hire offers, promotions, and adjustments.
  • Participate in a variety of People Operations and Compensation related analytical projects.
  • Support industry market survey submission processes.
  • Assist in processing compensation changes in Workday

You Might Be a Good Fit If

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in compensation.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced changing environment (start-up experience preferred) and be able to use independent judgment for decisions that may not be straightforward.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, programs, practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge of excel required including development of spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookups.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR information with high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and be able to present analytical data in an easily understandable format.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to drive programs independently.
