The Role:  The Manager of Value-based Care Solution Design will work across the company and provide subject matter expertise to drive company growth and increase value for our clients. Leverage your expertise to engage risk-bearing organizations, such as ACOs, across the country on how the Collective network and care coordination platform can provide differential value in managing and caring for their members/patients, improving the quality of care, and reducing unnecessary costs.  Who you’ll work with:  You will report directly to the Director of Solution Design and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Product, and other internal groups within Collective Medical. The role will also involve frequent interaction with prospective clients, existing clients, and other external groups virtually and in person.  What you’ll be doing day to day:  ·       Support the sales team with broad and deep ACO/value-based care subject matter expertise throughout new business pursuits and expanding the Collective network·       Understand prospective customer needs, align them with our products, and ensure continued success·       Work with current customers to optimize their use of the platform and identify new opportunities for innovation·       Provide guidance internally on market, trends, priorities, and requirements pertaining to ACOs and value-based care to help guide the product roadmap·       Lead internal initiatives and projects to help drive process improvement and efficiency across the client lifecycle ·       Represent Collective Medical in the accountable care community ·       Support strategic marketing efforts through collateral, webinars, etc.   Skills and experience we’re looking for:  ·       Clinical background (RN, NP, MD/DO, LICSW, PT) and/or 5+ years of direct ACO, provider organization, or health system experience·       Established relationships and credibility in the ACO community·       Direct experience with care management and care collaboration in an ACO or similar model·       Healthcare software experience- care management software preferred ·       Expertise with CMS and CMMI value-based care models such as Medicare Shared Savings Program, Next Gen ACO, Direct Contracting, and BPCI-A, as well as strong knowledge of Medicaid ACO and commercial driven ACOs.·       Strong presentation skills·       Strong project management skills with an emphasis on leading cross-functional initiativesWhy we love working here, in the words of our own team:  ·      “We have good, smart, humble, caring people.
