About Your Role: 
In this role you will own Sendoso’s notification infrastructure and strategy end to end. You will be responsible for everything from high-functioning and performative infrastructure, to creative thinking that helps our customers with the right message, in the right place, at the right time. This essential service ensures that our customers can engage with their prospects, buyers, and customers around the world through multiple channels. You will become an expert on our customers, make thoughtful, data-informed decisions, and share insights across the company. You will succeed when our customers succeed. You will understand the features that make customers power users and drive customer engagement and adoption through the notification system. This role reports to the Director of Product, Platform.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Define a vision for how a world-class enterprise platform reaches its customers and helps its customers reach their customers
  • Work directly with customers and executives to define a roadmap for Notifications
  • Translate the upcoming product roadmap into clear requirements
  • Collaborate with design, partnership and engineering teams to execute on the roadmap
  • Coordinate with CX and Marketing to launch new features, monitor their adoption and iterate on customer feedback and data insights

Experience:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in notifications, productivity, task management, account based marketing, customer relationship management, martech or similar products
  • Experience with Enterprise Mail Solutions and related tools (SendGrid, Iterable, Validity/ReturnPath, Google Postmaster)
  • Produced clear and concise product roadmaps and requirement specifications
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
  • Driven results through cross-functional collaboration - design, engineering, marketing, partnerships, and creative teams
  • Defined and measured success of features launched to optimize revenue and conversion

Bonus Points If You Have...

  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (WalkMe, Pendo, etc.)
  • Experience building applications for Slack or Microsoft teams
  • Experience with microservice architecture
