To make this possible, we're hiring a Senior Product Manager in the Subscriber Growth Group. As the product lead for Subscriber Acquisition, you'll be responsible for leading data-informed decision making and experimentation to grow the Curology Subscriber Base efficiently and predictably.

You will:

  • Develop a data-informed product strategy and growth targets that ladder up to the Growth Product's Group objectives based on your deep understanding of Curology's customers, growth funnels, viral loops, flywheels and your product intuition. Lead the product strategy to achieve those targets.
  • Build context and buy-in for your product strategy among your key stakeholders, core team members and the executive team by leveraging data, user research and competitive analysis. 
  • Ensure your team is focused on high ROI initiatives by working with product analysts, data science, user research and marketing to model impact of potential growth initiatives and rapidly adjust priorities based on new learnings. 
  • Lead your team through the inception and rapid development and iteration of new features and experiments to grow the Curology Subscriber base while also creating customer value and removing friction. Share insights and results throughout the company.
  • Develop an understanding of key company objectives, cross-functional initiatives, and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Lifecycle.
  • Influence strategic direction by proactively sharing your expertise, insights, and vision. Partner with Group Product Managers to develop new strategic opportunities to serve customers and grow our business.
  • Guide your teams through ambiguity by acknowledging the unknown, providing context, empowers the team to take ownership on a solution and leading with decisiveness.  
  • Work with exceptional engineers, designers and researchers to build great products with modern tools—we're huge fans of Figma, Notion and Miro, and we love a good design system (we call ours Radiance). Our frontend is 100% React and our engineers deploy multiple times daily.

You may be a good fit it:

  • Product experience: 5-8 years of Growth PM or founder experience, including building direct-to-consumer mobile product experiences.
  • Analytical Achiever: You define what full-spectrum success looks like with real data, taking into account user experience, KPIs, and how to measure progress holistically. You know every step of the user funnel. You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests. You have experience pulling and analyzing data via SQL. 
  • Curious truth seeker: Understand full-funnel user acquisition touch-points and come up with innovative product-driven initiatives to drive new user growth together with cross-functional partners.
  • Observant pattern-matcher: You're a keen observer who notices recurring patterns and find yourself pondering "how can I connect the dots to help people thrive?"
