Everbridge: A fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Compensation Analyst to be based in our Burlington, MA office. 

What you'll do:

  • Maintain compensation infrastructure: job codes; job families; job family descriptions, global salary structures
  • Manage compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Conduct competitive internal and external analyses ranging from ad-hoc to complex proposals for management teams and Compensation Committee, identify trends & patterns in data sets and interpret, synthesize, and communicate the meaning of the data being presented for compensation strategies.
  • Participate, conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved
  • Provide support to the compensation administration processes including merit increase, promotion, bonus and equity planning
  • Review and provide approval for requisitions to ensure adherence to compensation strategy

  • Compliance
  • Work with HR Business Partners to help develop compensation related strategies for promotion and retention, pay decisions, FLSA compliance, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs

  • Data Analytics & Planning
  • Work with HR Operations on compliance processes such as EEOC, AAP & SOX
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide reports and analysis
  • Perform synergy analysis of M&A compensation related data
  • Leverage the Ultipro platform and provide analytical tools that align with talent development, workforce planning and best in class HR analytics

  • Equity Administration
  • Assist with stock plan administration by providing support related to the granting process for equity awards, employee stock purchase plan, data integrity, employee questions and program communications

What you'll bring:

  • BS Degree in HR, Business or Finance preferred.
  • 4+ years of compensation experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred, but not required
  • Experience in various HRIS systems is required with a strong preference for Ultipro
  • Strong technical knowledge of excel required including development of spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookups.
  • Must be comfortable and able to work in a fast-paced changing environment and be able to use independent judgment for decisions that may not be straightforward, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain total confidentiality in all matters related to employee compensation
  • High-level organizational, project and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence and outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
