Marketing Operations ManagerWe are seeking the first Marketing Operations Manager to develop and own the marketing tech stack across the team, develop KPIs, and enable the team with analytical insights. You’ll be working closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand which metrics move the needle for them and translate that into the right marketing tools & analytics that enable marketing to deliver the right results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and build upon our current marketing tech stack;, Pardot, Unbounce, various ad channels, MySQL workbench, etc
  • Leverage multiple channels to tether comprehensive data sets from sources such as Google Analytics, advertising channels,
  • Enable reporting to analyze the effectiveness of our email campaigns and nurture programs.
  • Work with growth managers to create a plan to scale our marketing efforts through data-driven decisions.
  • Manage a small team of individual contributors to deliver on analytics and engineering needs
  • Develop campaign KPIs & MQLs criteria working towards broader growth targets
  • Manage the workflow processes, procedures, guidelines, requirements, and testing plan for channels and strategies
  • Work with marketing analytics to define any new requirements to ensure the right attributes and data are available for relevant MQLs, qualified DTC leads, and supporting channels

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical marketing roles such as marketing operations, analytics, etc.
  • Moderate knowledge of multiple coding languages that enable you to work with APIs, SQL, and tool integrations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve across teams and tools
  • A curious mind and ability to hit the ground running
  • Experience with Analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.
  • Ability to measure everything. If it’s not traditionally measurable, finding unique ways to gauge impact.
