With this in mind, we are looking for an Implementation Manager to drive support efforts for our customers. As the world and travel landscape shift around us, so too do the needs of our customers, and this role plays a key component in ensuring that they not only survive but thrive in this environment. 
We are looking for someone based in CST or EST for this role.

As our Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Training and educating the customer on Revenue Management and how to use Beyond Pricing to achieve revenue goals. Launching our customers efficiently and effectively will drive stronger relationships and product adoption - keys to ensuring retention and customer satisfaction
  • Integrating the Customer’s CRM system with Beyond Pricing
  • Effectively managing a customer’s onboarding experience, ensuring that the customer and our team complete each task in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of Beyond Pricing’s suite of products, integrations, and algorithm
  • Catering Beyond Pricing’s features to the specific needs of the customer
  • Troubleshooting integration-related support tickets
  • Working with cross-functional teams to drive better collaboration and customer experience
  • Being the voice of the customer back to our Product organization, communicating trending customer feedback and ideas.

Below are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 1 - 2  years of relevant implementation/onboarding experience 
  • Solid understanding of Implementation/Onboarding best practices
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Detailed-oriented and process-driven professionalProven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to learn how to use cloud-based SaaS solutions
  • Highly motivated, driven self-starter.
