Meet your team The Commercial Operations team works alongside regional sales teams to strategize on approach for target accounts, build out value questioning techniques to uncover opportunity cost within our customers, capture and record this opportunity cost.

Your role at Mambu

  • Producing and building accurate reports, analytics and dashboards for Commercial Finance and Leadership teams
  • Managing the forecasting and pipeline processes and reporting within the region
  • Working closely with Commercial leadership to develop quarterly business reporting, deploying global standards within region and adopting Salesforce best practices
  • Ensuring full visibility into all our customers and prospects within a region
  • Partnering with Commercial Leadership to build territory coverage/quota models that align to growth and retention targets
  • Formalizing annual revenue plans and the distribution of targets across the region and tracking performance against targets throughout the year
  • Leading and organizing regional deal desks, with the purpose of ensuring our deals are commercially viable for our customers, sales teams and Mambu

What you're bringing to the table

  • You have 5+ years of Sales/Commercial Operations experience
  • Previous SaaS technology experience and within a sales organization
  • You have experience as a data driven/analytical individual with a high attention to detail
  • You have experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) and a consultative approach for understanding the customers' needs and challenging them on solutions while always working towards sales closure
  • You have experience in streamlining sales related processes, and the talent to ensure that internal & external processes run smoothly

  • You’re an excellent communicator in English and Spanish
  • You have the ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries
