DescriptionThe qualifying candidate is responsible for the calculation, planning, development, delivery and continuous management, administration and ongoing improvement for all global commission based compensation plans.
We’re looking for a candidate with executive level communication and analysis skills to plan, execute and support the Sales, Finance and HR stakeholders.
The qualifying candidate will report directly into the Head of Global Revenue Operations.The candidate will pro-actively collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify needs, document requirements, and deploy solutions.  As a key member of the Global Revenue Operations team, this position will play a key role in the process definition, compliance and support of the company’s various incentive compensation plans.
Responsibilities -Responsible for day-to-day commissions management-Drive the processes to ensure accurate and timely commission calculation and review-Analyze and prepare monthly commission payments for payroll and commission statements for payees-Track and report on sales performance to senior management-Maintain and administer commission plans/processes for various commissionable employees-Establish and manage the process for updates or modifications to existing incentive plans-Continuously troubleshoot questions and issues from end users (commissions payees) -Support and manage requests and inquiries from sales, revenue operation and talent teams regarding commissions and incentive compensation-Meet with key stakeholders on active incentive plans, including a review of performance and recommend modifications as needed to meet business goals and guiding policies-Ability to look at current processes and recommend improvements-Drive the annual incentive compensation plan review with key stakeholders, Finance, and HR leaders; including data modeling and other analysis required to provide incentive compensation inputs to the budget process-Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes relating to commissions-Ongoing partnership with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams to ensure development of commissions plans that are efficient to administer and support company’s long-term revenue growth strategy-Interact with finance and auditors on accruals and financial forecasts.-Interact with payroll partners-Collaborate across functions (Finance, HR, Sales Operations) as required to build and maintain healthy relationships with partners-Perform an accurate and detailed audit of commission statements in accordance with individual compensation plan requirements-Build and deliver compensation and attainment reporting to the sales leaders, partnering with them to continually improve processes and deliverables-Support the accruals process and deliver accurate monthly commissions accruals with adherence to accounting policies-Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed-Perform other duties as required to support the Commissions team
Requirements-Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred-3+ years experience managing and administering compensation plans and sales commissions, preferably with a startup or high-growth SaaS company-Ability to exercise discretion, judgment, tact, and poise in handling highly sensitive and confidential information -Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to master new systems and applications quickly-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; Knows how to tailor a message based on the audience-Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to proactively find both opportunities and solutions without specific step-by-step instructions-Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects while delivering quality results in a timely manner, knows when to ask for help-Project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate in a fast-paced & performance-oriented environment-Demonstrated success building effective partnerships and managing relationships at all levels-Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive data with exceptional attention to detail and analytical/problem solving skills-Knowledge of Salesforce a plusWho we are: Treasure Data employees are enthusiastic, data-driven and customer-obsessed.
