DescriptionThe qualifying candidate is responsible for the planning, development, delivery and continuous management, administration and ongoing improvement and innovation of all global revenue applications and go-to-market infrastructure & tools, in particular those inside, connected to, and dependent on TD’s global SFDC platform. This includes 40+ applications & tools in use by the following global functions:-Marketing-SDR-Sales-Pre-sales and Post Sales-Alliances & Partners-Professional Services-Customer Success-Customer Support-Product Engineering and SaaS Operations-Product Marketing-Finance
We’re looking for a candidate with executive level communication and analysis skills to plan and executive with the above-mentioned stakeholders.We’re looking for somebody who can lead and build a team but also someone who still enjoys being hands-on, in particular in Salesforce.com and key applications like CPQ.The successful candidate will manage a small but growing global team of systems analysts and salesforce administrators.The qualifying candidate will report directly into the Head of Global Revenue Operations & Enablement.The candidate will pro-actively collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify system needs, document functional requirements, evaluate & select solutions providers, implement and deploy solutions and report on usage and fit to ensure appropriate return on investment.As a key managing member of the Global Revenue Operations group, this position will play a critical role in the process definition, implementation and support of salesforce CRM automation,  pricing configuration and business intelligence systems. It is a highly visible position with exposure to the worldwide sales organization. The position requires a high level of direct interaction and collaboration with end users, excellent analytical and communication skills, and outstanding domain knowledge.  The role analyses, helps improve and will document go-to-market processes, workflows, and will provide recommendations and solutions. The position seeks to understand the organization’s key functional requirements and business management needs, and then translates them to technical requirements to then selects appropriate technology solutions.

Responsibilities -Primary owner and administrator for the company’s strategic Salesforce.com CRM platform and all 3rd party systems that directly or indirectly connect to Salesforce.com (full list below)-Manage small (virtual) teams of sales operations and business applications professionals-Understand the business functions, processes and information requirements for all customer-facing organizations, as well as Finance, G&A and Technical Operations  requirements and processes-Work cross-functionally to define processes and requirements for tools-Assist in the development of business cases and investment plans, plan and prioritize projects-Lead projects to implement new capabilities or improvements to current capabilities-Create and maintain a broad portfolio of innovative capabilities, and maintain a process and system roadmap for future improvements and investments-Document measurable success criteria for all tools with buy-in from key users constituencies-Report on success criteria for tools to ensure appropriate ROI-Collaborate with users and vendors on product roadmap to ensure future needs are met-Identify business requirements for SFDC, BI and CPQ Systems.  Provides updated requirements monthly/quarterly and as required-Write specifications for systems/processes based on knowledge of business needs by working closely with Senior Sales Management  and key IT, Finance, Marketing and Legal Department members-Manages the deal approval matrix, insures all workflows are up to date-Identify and document scope changes escalating appropriately for action-Participate in functional and change impact analysis for existing sales business processes and develops recommendations for improvements and enhancements collecting and analyzing the project’s business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to IT development team.-Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.-Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client’s business needs.-Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.-Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.-Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.-Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.-Coordinating with the Sales and IT personnel who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software.-Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.-Conduct business and Systems requirements analysis at data level such as data mapping, and data conversion analysis-Perform complex data analysis in support of ad hoc customer requests-Work with Sales and IT to identify data lineage analysis, source, and destination requirements for applications-Analyze the business processes in terms of activities (tasks), workflow, and dataflow-Facilitate the creation of testing documentation and manages the user testing process-Research, track, and communicate project plans and business issues
Requirements-Candidates should have a minimum 6-10 years of experience working as an Business Systems Analyst in the Software or high technology industry-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution.-Master’s degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.-Strong understanding of global reporting-Strong understanding of sales systems, workflows and data-Strong analytical and problem solving skills-Strong interpersonal and communication skills-Strong business and technical writing skills-Experience in managing small to medium scale projects or subcomponents of a major project-Ability to lead project meetings with users-Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities-Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from users-Experience with Systems development lifecycle methodology-Experience with sales force automation systems such as Salesforce.com, price configurator systems such as BigMachines, and business intelligence systems.-Previous direct responsibility for writing structured business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and test cases-The Business Systems Analyst must comprehend and organize a collection of business requirements and communicate those requirements to application developers-Vendor Management & negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that satisfy the business user and conform to the technical architecture-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or IT-Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in relevant roles and industries-Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and project management skills-Demonstrable and recent experience with the topics listed in the Responsibilities section-Recent experience in fast-growing global Enterprise software company required (SaaS preferred)-Ability to document business, technical & functional requirements to address business needs-Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various technical and non-technical roles and levels in a fast-moving product development, marketing and sales organization-Quick learner and ability to pick up new skills and self-train when necessary. -Strong project management skills and demonstrated success in tool implementations-Budget planning and financial management skills
