We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful operator and strategist to help our Commercial team operate more efficiently and effectively. Your ultimate goal is to help drive more high quality revenue. You both own important functional areas for our revenue operations team, as well as take on special projects. You will partner closely with leaders and operators on our Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. This is a full time employment position and reports to the Head of Revenue Operations.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Understand the market landscape and articulate Color’s competitive advantage. Enable the Commercial team with competitive strategies and intelligence.
  • Define and manage the commercial team enablement program, including knowledge management, a robust initial and ongoing training program 
  • Advise commercial leadership on the right tools and tech stack
  • Provide analysis and advice on pricing strategy for new products and segments
  • Identify, analyze and make recommendations about new business opportunities for existing products in new markets and verticals

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 4-6 years of B2B go-to-market experience, in roles such as sales, sales operations, business development or strategy consulting
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills 
  • Bias for action, even with imperfect information and resources
  • Project management experience, and the capacity to handle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work independently, but also highly collaborative and cross-functional

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the healthcare technology or technology infrastructure sectors
  • Experience with sales tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, sales intelligence, etc)
  • Proficiency with BI/data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase, Looker)
  • Advanced degree in business, data science, or finance
