The Role
Palantir’s Legal Ninja Team is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to join a team that strives to cultivate Palantir's philosophy, connects with folks across the global Palantir community, and sees itself as key to Palantir’s mission. As a Stock Plan Administrator, you are excited about contributing to the end-to-end administration and strategy of Palantir’s global equity incentive plans and are comfortable navigating the complex ownership structure of an established company. Above all, you are eager to contribute to a dynamic company solving some of the world’s hardest problems.

Core Responsibilities

  • Administer an equity program on a global scale, including managing a complex capitalization table[JO1] , transaction processing and data entry, reconciliations/audits for quality control and SOX compliance, and related tax reporting.
  • Collaborate with C-Level executives, finance, people operations, legal, and other teams to anticipate, implement and/or address equity compensation matters with precision and approachability.
  • Optimize processes and workflows for efficiency, including complex integrations within various platforms and other operations related to global equity administration to automate and streamline the processing of equity transactions.
  • Develop communications and learning resources for current, former, and potential employees about equity compensation.

What We Value

  • 3+ years of experience as a stock administrator or other equity professional; Certified Equity Professional is a plus.
  • Knowledge of public company equity administration, including options, RSUs, ESPPs and related SEC reporting; experience with Section 16 filings, 10b5-1 plans and private company stock administration would be a plus.
  • Ability to work with formulas, pivot tables and other features of Excel and experience using Shareworks or similar equity administration software.
  • Effective verbal and written communicator who can display discretion and integrity in all interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines, collaborate with cross functional teams and build and improve processes.
  • This role can be based out of one of our offices (including Palo Alto, NY, Seattle, DC or others); or can be fully remote from anywhere in the US. For fully-remote roles, please note that occasional travel to an office may be required.
