We are seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Manager to join our team! In this role you will partner with the Senior Director of Revenue Operations to develop and lead Rescale’s sales technology stack. This is a highly collaborative opportunity to become the functional owner of a critical component of Rescale’s go-to-market engine driving sales productivity.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Act as an advisor and partner to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations regarding strategic decision making in go-to-market initiatives.
  • Work with Revenue Operations team members to develop solution and training documentation for all Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Own sales compensation plan management and work with the sales and operations leadership to develop 2022 compensation plans.
  • Manage sales administrator and deal desk resources.
  • Develop and disseminate sales insights.
  • Design and work with the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and the broader Revenue Operations team to implement processes to promote and support operational efficiency and data integrity for all go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide strategic insights regarding Revenue Operations roadmap.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Has experience designing and implementing sales operational processes 
  • 4-7+ years experience working in Sales Operations at a startup (some consulting experience acceptable as well)
  • Strong understanding of the role that KPI reporting plays in a successful go to market engine
  • Sales forecasting, compensation planning, sales target management, and territory management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of improving sales efficiency and decreasing friction in the sales process
  • A strategic mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to understand business processes and implement systems to enable them.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of Excel
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce administration and Salesforce reporting

Bonus:

  • SFDC administrator experience
  • Experience working in the software infrastructure world (examples -- Snowflake, AWS, DataBricks, etc.)
  • MBA or similar degree
  • Speak Japanese
