What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive growth in Truepill’s Telehealth offering by hunting for new health plan business 
  • Own and manage new business revenue targets
  • Identify health plan targets across lines of business (e.g. Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid) 
  • Build, nurture, manage, and close pipeline and deals
  • Work with marketing and SDR’s to identify additional qualified targets
  • Work with other internal teams to support & close deals
  • Help build the playbook for the sales team and teach others to optimize processes 
  • Negotiate and orchestrate contracts and work with internal teams (e.g. finance) on pricing models 
  • Track real-time interactions with all partners and customers in SalesForce

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • 7 – 10 years in enterprise sales
  • Strong track record carrying and reaching quota
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships and work cross-functionally across prospective organizations to secure deals 
  • Proven track record selling to health plans across lines of business (e.g. Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid) 
  • Have sold technical/complex products in the past, digital health, infrastructure, developer tools, data, scores, APIs...etc.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage sales funnel 
  • Understands how to fit company product with market needs and articulate that need
  • Entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills required
