Position Overview:Reporting to the VP of Growth & GTM Operations, the Director of Growth Excellence (Enablement & Training) will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and adoption of world class enablement programs and initiatives across the entire Growth Organization. This is inclusive of sales, pre-sales, sales leadership, business development, product marketing, market and partnership development functions across North America.
This position can be remote and/or working from one of our offices in North America.

What you will do:

  • Work with the Product and Solutions Teams, Product Marketing, Sales, and broader Growth team to design quarterly internal enablement plans based on the Growth team’s objectives and the development needs.
  • Oversee the design and execution of a highly rigorous, ongoing training program for New Hires as well as existing Growth team members using a combination of channels (eg. Live/Recorded Web Events, e-Learning, etc…).
  • Standardize growth processes in a way that allows for standardization and scale while providing flexibility based on business unit needs.
  • Identify, own and automate the mechanism to deliver enablement and training to multiple constituencies and roles across the growth organization.
  • Ensure effective execution of the enablement strategy. This includes tracking, measuring, and reporting on the impact of all key training efforts and adapting curricula as needed.
  • Partner with People Team, Product Marketing, Solution and Product teams to ensure sellers are adequately prepared to leverage the new GTM information in the field as effectively as possible.
  • Facilitate live training sessions as needed and manage external training initiatives with external entities such as partners, methodology organizations, and/or partners. 
  • Drive adoption of internal productivity, collaboration and other solutions to increase efficiency and productivity across the organization.
  • Help to plan, execute, and facilitate key internal training or other events such as SKO’s, QBR’s, All Hands, Demo Certifications sessions, etc.
  • Create an audit process that ensures all sales tools and technology are being leveraged and deployed consistently across the department within the workflows they are applied to.

About you:

  • Several (10+) years of GTM and practitioner experience leading an enablement function.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the strategy and execution of the program as well as manage a remote and/or in person team as we grow.
  • Experience working in Digital Health across multiple verticals (Payer, Provider, Employer, and/or Consumer Health).
  • Experience and/or desire working in a growth / startup environment (eg. willingness and ability to adapt to change fast).
  • Experience working in a SaaS and/or PaaS environment, ideal experience working for a platform company.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (eg. capturing and motivating listeners/learners).
  • G-Suite and Slack proficiency. 
  • Salesforce proficiency and experience.
  • Multimedia experience (eg. edit video using various tools).
  • A coaching mindset & experience.
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects.
