You’ll be expected to admin and develop these tools to bring the best possible experience for our GTM teams while cleanly capturing the information we need to run the business.

About the role
As a RevOps lead focused on Systems and Operations, you’ll be expected to quickly understand the systems our GTM teams use today and improve on them over time -- through inbound requests and organic improvement. The breadth of your work would encompass:
-Design a scalable architecture for our GTM tools ecosystem focused on ease of use and having clear and uniform data across systems-Lead the ongoing improvement, maintenance, and integrations within our GTM tools ecosystem spanning a wide range of systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LeanData, Chilipiper, etc.)-Ensure data integrity is maintained at all times and largely accessible in our core CRM when and wherever appropriate-Partner with internal stakeholders -- both on the ops team and functional counterparts -- to improve our systems to meet their needs-Partner with our enablement functions to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires as well as upskilling of our existing workforce as improvements are deployed-Coordinate with functional stakeholders outside the revops/GTM organization to ensure seamless flow of data across company systems (HR, Finance, Product)-Own relationships with our vendor ecosystem, managing contracts, increases in usage, and roll outs of new features-Identify and suggest gaps and improvements that can be made within our tech stack, consolidating spend wherever possible, through continuous monitoring of the Sales and Marketing tools ecosystem-Become a trusted advisor to our functional leaders in the art of what’s possible with our tools today, designing elegant solutions to solve their problems and seeing those designs become reality-Create a roadmap that will see our systems support the organization as it scales 5x in size, use, and complexity

You’ll be set up for success if:
You have 4-6 years of experience with systems operations and administration and familiarity with the tools Clearbit uses. To hit the ground running we expect you to have experience as an admin in Salesforce and ideally other GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, LeanData, Chilipiper, etc.)
You love good processes and clean data. You’re excited about building well-designed systems and you’re amped to use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate on your own processes.
You understand the needs of your customer. While yes, you’re an admin, your customer is the GTM organization. You know how to get the most out of our tools with the least amount of burden on the organization and you prioritize user-friendly solutions.
You nerd out (at least a little) about marketing technology. You're familiar with (and maybe have some strong opinions on) the general landscape of tooling around marketing technology —  the opportunity to work with Clearbit products is interesting to you.Working at Clearbit
