Revenue Operations Sales Lead
We're looking for a RevOps Sales Lead to join us at Clearbit! You’ll be joining a fast growing team that is uniquely situated at the intersection of our marketing, sales, CS, finance, and product. As a member of the RevOps team, your focus will be all things sales -- kpis, reporting, efficiency, tools, processes, etc. By rolling up your sleeves and partnering with your functional counterparts, you’ll own and execute high-priority initiatives designed to support our growing sales org close more deals, faster.

About the role
As a revops lead focused on sales, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing everything the sales team needs to be successful. The breadth of your work would encompass:
-Gathering a deep understanding our of opportunity creation to close process for both new business and expansion opportunities-Partnering with sales leadership to define KPIs and goals for each fiscal period and subsequent leading metrics that indicate performance for the organization-Work with sales leadership to develop a perspective on pipeline coverage for the organization and how we track towards it-Build, maintain, and improve reporting and dashboards that allow the sales team (and leadership) to keep a pulse on the organization across a variety of lagging and leading sales metrics (opp creation, conversions, pipeline, days to close, engagement rate, asp, etc.)-Surface insights around our opportunity creation and conversion process -- be curious about the data and always seek to figure out how we can close more opportunities, faster-Balance brevity with detail on these insights as you look for high impact, low cost ways to improve the way our teams operate-Support the organization as it continues to scale its efforts on outbound, assisting in territory planning processes-Partner across multiple areas of the organization (growth, sales, system ops, enablement) to improve the capture, understanding, and flow of data across Clearbit’s GTM ecosystem.
You’ll be set up for success if:
You have 4-6 years of experience in ops, strategy, consulting with at least 1-2 years of experience in SalesOps. To hit the ground running we’d love to see direct experience in the role and familiarity with how a sales org functions and tracks success
You understand how to get the most out of our sales tools. Salesforce experience is a must. Familiarity with LeanData, Datahug, Outreach, Gong, and Census are nice to have.
You’re comfortable with data and visualizing insights. We’re looking for someone that isn’t afraid of data, can drive the appropriate insights with minimal direction, and has a keen eye for visualization that drives action.
You know how to be an IC but are ambitious about building a team. This role will serve as an IC for the first ~3-4 months and then ideally grow to have at least two direct reports working with you.
You thrive when able to self-direct. You’re looking to work with a startup where you’ll be responsible for the impact you make and have a lot of freedom. You’ll be trusted to take initiative, scope out roadblocks, and find solutions while being a proactive communicator.Working at Clearbit
