Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Director of Online Growth will lead new user acquisition strategy across online channels. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented individual who will lead and inspire a large cross-functional team, shaping the growth strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Curology’s online acquisition strategy balancing short-term revenue targets and setting the foundation for long-term sustainable growth.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of growth marketers, product, analytics, engineering and creative strategists to drive new customer growth initiatives. 
  • Own online acquisition initiatives from strategy &  forecasts to results, while empowering the right individuals and setting efficient workflows.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10+ growth marketers; build a robust skills and career development engine. We want you to develop the next generation of growth leaders! 
  • Drive a differentiated acquisition strategy, leveraging traditional paid digital channels and scaling alternative online channel mix. 
  • Build A-class growth technology stack: attribution, bidding automation, analytics tools, creative and campaign automation, etc.
  • Build a scalable growth creative engine working with Creative and Influencer teams as well as external agencies.
  • Partner closely with the Finance team on forecasting and identify opportunities for growth across the business.
  • Partner with Brand team to drive brand awareness while hitting performance objectives.

Requirements:

  • You have 6+ years of acquisition experience, preferably in the DTC or e-commerce industry. You showed continuous career progression with step function impact on the business 
  • You are a natural collaborator! You have 3+ years of leading high-performing cross-functional teams to drive new user growth through online acquisition channels 
  • You have a proven track record developing junior team members to senior levels
  • You have solid analytical skills across business metrics and are able to tell a story through numbers. 
  • You understand marketing technology and can give technical teams strategic direction 
  • You understand and can operate basic financial forecast models to inform revenue planning
  • You are well versed in marketing technology and can give technical teams strategic direction 
  • You have natural intuition around growth creatives, and are able to use market research, user insights, and data to build scalable ads engines to drive growth.
