We are seeking a Content and Influencer Marketing Manager to help develop and manage content and demand generation activities in collaboration with our analyst relations partners. You will influence our Analyst Relations program in support of several business areas, while also establishing the critical event management category within the analyst community.
You will be an integral part of the Marketing team, instrumental in helping to shape and grow our program.

What you'll do:

  • Drive creation of high-quality content that Everbridge commissions from industry analysts/influencers, from project initiation to market launch. This includes building and executing strategies for integrated rollouts of Everbridge commissioned analyst/influencer content across PR, Digital, Demand Gen, and Field Enablement. Measure results.
  • Manage our exciting new analyst reprint program in partnership with our global Demand Generation team.
  • Collaborate across our organization to build analyst engagement plans, support launches, drive quarterly analyst updates, develop content for analysts, etc.
  • Build and nurture relationships with analysts globally to help increase their awareness and understanding of Everbridge’s unique mission, vision, solutions, and customer successes, and to also seek their guidance and insight. Develop thought leadership content assets that may be leveraged for demand generation.
  • Support Everbridge’s rapidly growing critical event management opportunity, while working with analysts to establish the category along with us.
  • Facilitate regular, proactive engagement with our analyst community, handling all associated logistics of briefings/inquiries, advisory days, quarterly updates, and the annual Everbridge analyst event, as well as spokesperson preparation.
  • Support the collection of information for analyst requests.
  • Drive impact by positively positioning Everbridge during analyst engagements and in content written for analysts as well as drafted by analysts.
  • Ensure Everbridge is included in key analyst research, and we are engaging with the analysts appropriately to achieve the best possible positioning of our company in the research.
  • Monitor analyst research to identify trends, engagement opportunities, as well as themes/quotes/data to enhance Everbridge messaging and materials.
  • Maintain calendar of planned analyst research and the analyst database. Report results

What you'll bring

  • Passion for creating results that make an impact on the world.
  • 3-5+ years Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Growth Marketing or Analyst Relations experience, creating deep relationships with analysts and increasing favorable analyst coverage; experience with security, HR, IoT or public sector analysts a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to convey a persuasive story convincingly.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines with skill and comfort.
  • Ability to take initiative and execute projects from end to end.
  • Experience creating alignment, consensus, and support across disparate internal and external groups with a variety of backgrounds and personalities.
  • Hard-working with a “no task is too small” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond stated responsibilities.
  • Enjoy working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Upbeat outlook and ability produce great work while having fun.
